Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with billion-dollar market potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough inventions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt organizational strategy accordingly
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Track record of launching products with >$100M ARR
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
