Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes

- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for strategic technology initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
