- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial potential
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Overseed the implementation of pilot programs for future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner Certification)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
