- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn companies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing architecture or AI governance
- Proven track record of scaling R&D teams from 10 to 100+
- Security clearance or ability to obtain US government clearance
