- Mentor a team of 12+ technical specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching patented technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing and machine learning ethics
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, etc.)
