- Identify and mitigate technology risks while identifying disruptive market opportunities
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI for future initiatives
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into scalable products
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products that anticipate market shifts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology strategy frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech implementation projects
