Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging tech trends (2026-2030) across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging technologies
- Present technology impact assessments to executive leadership and investors
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring ROI on future-tech initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling technology from concept to commercial deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Futures or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making framework
- Experience securing $10M+ in future-tech R&D funding
