Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions with real-world applications
- Analyze market trends and competitor innovations to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation incubator programs for disruptive technologies
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on futuristic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation
- Proven track record of scaling technology from concept to market
- Certifications in future foresight technology or innovation management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
