Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-positive AI systems
- Lead cross-divisional innovation sprints with research labs and venture partners
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Anticipate regulatory shifts in emerging tech domains (neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- MS/MBA in Tech Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on tech forecasting
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and scenario modeling tools
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or grants
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0, AR/VR, and biotech convergence
- Track record of launching products with 1M+ users
