Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and technology proof-of-concepts
- Develop ROI models for future tech investments
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem with startups and academia
- Drive adoption of ethical AI and sustainable tech practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
