Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Design scalable technology roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members using data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI on future-focused initiatives
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on anticipating industry paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced credential
