Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation targets
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, IoT) into core business functions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Foster innovation culture through hackathons and experimental project incubation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in scenario planning and future-state technology forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
