Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing) for commercial viability
- Develop proof-of-concepts and technical frameworks for next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic tech integrations
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices in product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or advanced R&D with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast tech trends
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
