- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG goals and market disruption forecasts
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Design and oversee pilot programs for next-generation solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, quantum-secure systems)
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing principles
- Author thought leadership reports on technology's societal and business impact through 2030
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFAI) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience scaling global innovation programs across 3+ continents
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
