- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive disruption vectors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and incubation programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
