Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech fusion)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate disruptive innovations
- Architect scalable frameworks for rapid prototyping and commercialization of future technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech leaders
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and market disruption analysis
- Experience building and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong background in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
