Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum integration, AI governance frameworks, and metaverse ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen tech solutions in our innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for experimental technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and external investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, spatial computing, or biotech integration
- Strong background in AI ethics, responsible innovation, and regulatory compliance
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in agile environments
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
