Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate-positive innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging tech disruptors and opportunities
- Translate complex technical concepts into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching at least two category-defining products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Deep understanding of Singularity University frameworks and exponential tech trends
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in Python and proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI)
