Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) to identify strategic investments
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation initiatives from concept to launch
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure impact of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven track record of innovation
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex tech environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize market data into actionable plans
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy (preferred)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
