- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026-2030 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and academic institutions
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruptor threats in emerging tech sectors
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across product lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and scaling technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing technology investments
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
