Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps pipelines
- Strong financial acumen for technology budgeting and ROI analysis
