Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AR/VR, neuromorphic computing, climate tech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- MBA or advanced degree in technology/computer science preferred
