Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Conduct cutting-edge research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions for enterprise clients
- Develop predictive models for technological disruption and recommend proactive adaptation strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen breakthroughs
- Manage the innovation portfolio budget and ROI analysis for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Innovation, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT) and their enterprise applications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, TOGAF) preferred
