Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future tech concepts into actionable strategies
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on emerging technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
