Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant infrastructure and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype solutions for 2026's biggest challenges: climate modeling, personalized medicine, and decentralized AI
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic breakthroughs to identify market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external investors
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused project prioritization
- Partner with policy teams to shape ethical AI and quantum computing regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record delivering scalable solutions for quantum computing or AI/ML
- Deep understanding of NIST quantum standards and post-quantum cryptography frameworks
