Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies (AI agents, quantum algorithms, Web3 infrastructure)
- Conduct scenario planning for technological adoption curves and regulatory landscapes post-2025
- Partner with venture capital and corporate innovation arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine collaboration and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles with demonstrated impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and forecasting methodologies for technological evolution
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Track record of launching products that anticipate market needs 3-5 years ahead
