Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and client business goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and adoption barriers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with technology pioneers, startups, and research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology disruption
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience developing multi-year technology investment strategies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Comfortable with rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
