Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct scenario planning for global tech disruptions (climate, geopolitical, market shifts)
- Partner with venture arms to identify and acquire emerging startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural networks
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Oversee implementation of carbon-negative data centers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Portfolio of deployed systems using blockchain for sustainability
- Security clearance for defense-contract partnerships
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Certification in quantum computing fundamentals (IBM or Google)
