Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology strategies aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead research in emerging domains (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics)
- Develop innovation frameworks for next-gen product development
- Partner with C-suite to translate technological visions into actionable business plans
- Manage pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with venture-scale potential
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, biotech, AGI)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred
