Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) into core business operations
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Academy) preferred
