Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on future market opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech lifecycle management
- Oversee patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in autonomous systems and energy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products with $10M+ budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Strategic Innovation Management
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
