Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify high-impact opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage innovation budget allocation for experimental projects
- Mentor technical teams on next-generation capabilities and methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for complex technical concepts

- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies a plus
