Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI ethics, quantum algorithms, carbon-neutral tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-ready innovations into product roadmaps
- Represent company at global tech forums and publish thought leadership on 2026 tech paradigms
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and adoption milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year planning success
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching future-focused initiatives (e.g., metaverse, AGI frameworks)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict adoption curves
- Exceptional communication for translating technical vision to stakeholders
- Experience with agile/DevOps methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published work on emerging technologies or future forecasting
