Responsibilities
- Architect technology strategy for 2026+ roadmap, evaluating emerging trends like quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies
- Analyze market disruption vectors and competitive landscapes for emerging tech domains
- Develop implementation frameworks for integrating frontier technologies into enterprise systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align commercialization pathways with technical feasibility
- Build industry partnerships and academic collaborations to accelerate innovation adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology transformation roadmaps
