Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial potential
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D incubation programs
- Monitor regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing global R&D teams and cross-cultural partnerships
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or strategy journals
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
