Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for future tech domains
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for executive audiences
