Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech fusion, neuro interfaces)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with corporate vision and investor expectations
- Manage innovation labs and mentor next-gen engineers in disruptive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Drive sustainable tech integration and carbon-neutral innovation frameworks
- Present strategic blueprints to executive stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
