Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-focused technologies into customer solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology vision and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation through hackathons, prototyping, and experimental projects
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory developments affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized AI)
