Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives in biotech-nanotechnology integration systems
- Conduct market analysis and competitive landscape assessments for emerging tech
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in sustainable technology
- Coordinate with venture partners to secure funding for moonshot projects
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor R&D teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in R&D leadership or strategic technology planning
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess technical feasibility and market potential
