Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 5-10 year impact assessments
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with ROI projections
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
