Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech adoption
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory, ethical, and societal impacts of emerging tech
- Partner with venture teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startup investments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite with data-driven risk/benefit analysis
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends and implementing future-forward initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or related field (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and governance frameworks for future tech
