Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces, etc.)
- Develop strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology impact assessments to executive leadership and board committees
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot testing of future tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-ready technology stacks
- Author thought leadership on technology trends for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, IoT)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, FTI) or strategic planning
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
