Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends to develop strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology initiatives with business objectives and customer needs
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation incubators and pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement across organizational units
- Foster partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M and cross-functional teams of 20+
- Published thought leader or speaker at major tech conferences (TED, CES, Web Summit)
