Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends and patent opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Author thought leadership pieces on future tech implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
