Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and market trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for technological disruption and competitive shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, research institutions, and innovation hubs
- Mentor a team of technology analysts and foster a culture of experimental thinking
- Author thought leadership pieces on future technology paradigms and their societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable success metrics
