Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise divisions
- Establish innovation frameworks for evaluating and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Chair cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of technology pioneers and academic partners
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, industry forums, and patent development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (PhD/MBA preferred)

- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $50M
