Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with quantum, AI, and nanotech teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging paradigm shifts
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-machine symbiosis
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies
- Coordinate with policy teams on ethical AI governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published work in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and simulation modeling
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global partnerships)
