Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech developments and regulatory shifts affecting our roadmap
- Drive innovation workshops to cultivate next-generation thinking across departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CSM)
