Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Conduct horizon scanning and emerging technology assessments (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities for 2026+
- Partner with R&D to translate strategic vision into actionable development initiatives
- Analyze competitive landscapes and geopolitical factors influencing future technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to track strategy execution and adapt plans based on market feedback
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR) and their market implications
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Assessment preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
