Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business vision
- Anticipate emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and assess strategic implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI on innovation initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor teams in emerging technologies and future-proof skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to quantify innovation ROI
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
